Refund policy

At Grateful Designs, every order is made with care, and we take pride in delivering high-quality custom apparel. Because our items are custom-made, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, if we make a mistake or your item arrives damaged due to shipping/distribution, we will make it right. We thoroughly inspect and photograph each shirt before pickup to ensure quality control. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue, and we will gladly replace or refund the item as necessary.

Please note that a 15% restocking fee applies to refunds, and it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, although it is usually processed faster.
